Merit Health Medical Group Primary Care Welcomes New Physician

NATCHEZ, MS – September 13, 2023 – Dr. Jennifer Hebert has joined the Merit Health Medical Group Primary Care Clinic. Dr. Hebert is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Upon graduation from Universidad de Guadalajara in the top five percent of her graduating class, Dr. Hebert completed her residency and training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, and Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, New York. Her post graduate work includes internal medicine residency training from LSU Health Sciences Center/University Hospital and Clinics in Lafayette, LA, and she obtained a fellowship in infectious disease from LSU.

Dr. Hebert’s office is located at Merit Health Medical Group Primary Care in the Doctors’ Pavilion, 46 Sgt. Prentiss Drive, Suite 201. Her practice will focus on primary care and provide a wide range of services for your family including treatment for minor emergencies to chronic disease management and preventive care.

“I have always loved the city of Natchez, and have owned a home here for many years,” said Dr. Hebert. “I am enjoying being here full time and look forward to taking care of patients and getting involved in the community.”
